The value for our money at Catba Beach House was great - we got a comfortable room with reliable AC and a fan to escape from the heat. The staff treated us like family, always being responsive and helpful. The location was convenient, just a short motorbike ride away from the city.

Had a delightful daily breakfast menu and the lunch box request was well received. The location was convenient with respect to the airport and the property had a restaurant and bar onsite. Enjoyed playing badminton and the bungalow provided a lovely garden view.

Just loved the fact that there was no mention of a sea view from the tent, or a visit to Cat Ba National Park. So disappointing!

The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, with everything spotless and well-maintained. The facilities were also excellent, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel had a convenient parking area and offered transportation services, making it easy for me to get around. The location was fantastic, with a beautiful beach area just a short walk away. The breakfast provided by the hotel was delicious, offering a variety of options to choose from. the staff, cleanliness, facilities, transportation, and location were all top-notch.

I had an amazing time at this homestay on Cat Ba Island. It felt like a cozy cottage, complete with a lovely bathroom, kitchen, deck, and hammocks. the owner of this family business was exceptionally accommodating, helping with transportation and providing delicious meals. the location was just a few steps from the beach, where you could find a bar, hammocks, and a volleyball net.

It was the perfect spot to relax and socialize with other travelers. Cons: No complaints at all!

The breakfast at the on-site restaurant was absolutely delicious and had a wide variety of options. It was like having a breakfast buffet with à la carte service. The food was so tasty, I felt like I was dining at a Michelin-star restaurant.

I had such a great time at Catba Beach House! I stayed for a week to explore the island. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, giving me fresh fruit and great suggestions for activities. The bungalow I stayed in was perfect for a couple, and they even had motorbikes available for rent. The outdoor area was lovely, with fires lit in the evenings to keep us warm. The homemade meals were delicious, and being just steps away from the beach was a dream. Can't recommend this hotel enough!

The staff were mind-blowing and super helpful. The jaw-dropping view from the beach was stunning. The tents were good value and relatively comfortable. The host and family were cute and helpful. One beach area was very close by. The hostel had everything available and we had a great time. The meals were huge and the communication was great. The place was very affordable and well located. Nearby bar was great for our party-loving friend. Would highly recommend!

The room I stayed in had a fantastic sea view from the terrace, which made me feel like I was in paradise. I loved that my room had a balcony, where I could relax and enjoy the fresh air. The private entrance of my room made me feel like I had my own little retreat. Having a kitchenette with a stovetop in the room was so convenient, allowing me to prepare simple meals whenever I wanted. It was great to have an iPod dock in my single room, as I could listen to my favorite music and unwind.

Personally, I found the seating area in the double room to be a bit uncomfortable.

The caretaker is friendly and helpful. Close to the beach and a party hostel for a change of atmosphere. Limited selection of food, but good quality. Staff was fantastic and the beach view is stunning. Tents are comfortable and a good value.
